In 2012, Azhar Risyad Sunaryo co-founded and is the Director of PT Arsynergy Resources, which owns 40 MMSCFD LPG Extraction Plant.

In 2014, He co-founded and is the President Director of PT Prima Edu Pendamping Belajar, which own Primagama Brand and operates K12 tuition center in over 400 branches in Indonesia. Azhar Risyad Sunaryo has Electrical Engineering Bachelor degree from NUS, Singapore. He also has MBA degree from NUS Business School – New York University.

Ir. Achmad Harijanto, MM, an Indonesian citizen and entrepreneur, is the Managing Director and co-founder of Arsynergy Resources ("ARSY"). He has over 28 years proven expertise in the technical and commercial aspects Oil & Gas Industry, Trading and other industries. In 2012, Achmad Harijanto co-founded and is the Director of PT Arsynergy Resources.

In 2006, co-founded and is the Technical and Operation Director of PT Energi Nusantara Perkasa, which own 140 MMSCFD LPG Extraction Plant and 22 units of Gas Compressor Stations. Achmad Harijanto has Mechanical Engineering Bachelor Degree from Institut Teknologi 10 Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya. He also has Magister Management Degree from Prasetya Mulya Business School, majoring in International Management.

Andryan Rahman Sunaryo, SE, B.Com an Indonesian citizen and entrepreneur, is the Finance & GA Director and co-founder of Arsynergy Resources (“ARSY”).

In 2012, Andryan Rahman Sunaryo co-founded and is the Deputy Director of Finance of PT Arsynergy Resources, which owns 40 MMSCFD LPG Extraction Plant.

In 2014, He co-founded and is the Director of PT Prima Wahana Edu, which own and operates Primagama Brand and operates K12 tuition center in over 400 branches in Indonesia. Andryan Rahman Sunaryo has Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance from University of Queensland and Universitas Indonesia.

Anthony Rahmat Sunaryo is an Indonesian citizen currently serving as a Board Director of Arsynergy Resources ("ARSY"). He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung and his Master’s degree from Prasetya Mulya Business School.

Since 2010, Mr. Sunaryo has also held the position of Director at PT Arsynergy Investment, an investment holding company with a diversified portfolio primarily in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. In addition, he co-founded PT Prima Wahana Edu in 2014, which owns and operates the Primagama brand, managing over 400 K-12 tuition centers across Indonesia.

Ir. Sunaryo Suhadi, MBA, an Indonesian citizen and entrepreneur, is the President Commissioner and co-founder of Arsynergy Resources (“ARSY”). He has over 32 years proven experience in technical and commercial aspects of Gas Industry, and Engineering, Procurement and Construction of Chemical, Petrochemical and Power Plant.

In 2012, Sunaryo Suhadi co-founded and is the President Director of PT Arsynergy Resources. In 2006, co-founded and is the Managing Director of PT Energi Nusantara Perkasa, which own 140 MMSCFD LPG Extraction Plant and 22 units of Gas Compressor Stations.

In 1986, co-founded and is the Director of PT Satyamitra Surya Perkasa, an EPC company specializing in Chemical, Petrochemical and Power Plant in Indonesia. Sunaryo Suhadi has Bachelor Degree from Institut Teknologi 10 Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya, majoring in Chemical Engineering. He also has MM and MBA from IPMI and Monash University, Melbourne.

Giga Mahendra Harijanto, M.Eng an Indonesian citizen and entrepreneur, is the Commissioner and co-founder of Arsynergy Resources ("ARSY").

In 2012, Giga Mahendra Harijanto co-founded and is the Deputy Director of Operation of PT Arsynergy Resources, which owns 40 MMSCFD LPG Extraction Plant. Giga Mahendra Harijanto has Chemical Engineering Master degree from University of Nottingham.

Alpino Kianjaya, an Indonesian citizen, is the Independent Commissioner of Arsynergy Resources Tbk. (“ARSY”). Alpino Kianjaya was the Trading and Membership Director of Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) from June 2015 to June 2018.

He was the President Director of PT MNC Securities from 2013 to 2015. He was also the President Director of PT Indo Premier Securities from 2002 to 2012. He was the Operational Director at PT DBS Securities Indonesia from 1991 to 2002. Overall, He has over 27 years of experience in the Financial Market. Alpino Kianjaya has Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Universitas Tarumanegara in Jakarta.
